1 Build manifest

Generate the public Merkle manifest from dashboard allocation records.

2 Deploy contract

Set TURBO token, Merkle root, release timestamps, and owner/multisig.

3 Fund and verify

Fund the contract with the full claim allocation and verify source on the explorer.

4 Lock root

Lock the Merkle root on-chain before public claiming begins.
